Our Provider

hello!

I’m Dr. Kristin Henry, PT, DPT. I can’t wait to meet you!

I have spent more than 10 years serving individuals and families in the Cedar Valley as a physical therapist. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Central College and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University. Over the years, I’ve worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds, gaining experience across many areas of care while developing specialized training in manual therapy, pelvic health, and pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation.

While these specialties have become areas of passion, I don’t believe healing belongs to only one group of people. Whether you are preparing for motherhood, recovering from an injury, navigating chronic pain, caring for your family, or simply wanting to move through life with greater confidence and ease, you deserve care that feels personal and supportive.

I started Woven Health because I saw how often people leave healthcare feeling rushed, unheard, or uncertain. I wanted to create something different—a place where patients feel known, where their concerns matter, and where they have support through every season of life.

My philosophy is simple:

Healing happens best when the body and mind are supported, encouraged, and given the ability to heal.

I believe as a patient you deserve time. You deserve education. You deserve to be heard. Most importantly, you deserve care that recognizes health is woven together through movement, relationships, experiences, stress, resilience, and hope.

Outside of the clinic, I’m married to my husband, Adam, and together we’re raising our three children: Owen, Emma, and Wyatt. Our life is full with church, school events, activities, and the everyday joys and challenges of raising a family. We live on an acreage with our dog, and those experiences continually remind me how important it is to offer healthcare with flexibility, compassion, and understanding for the realities of busy lives.

My hope is that when you walk through the doors of Woven Health, you feel heard, supported, and encouraged—not only in healing from where you are today, but in building health and resilience for the years ahead.

Because healing isn’t only about recovering. It’s about becoming whole again.
